Very low key FNM. I met a friend for a glass of wine at Wine Bistro (terrific Bordeaux Blanc). Then I went to S&W. I am plagued here by lack of good martini spots near my house, so I find myself back at S&W.
I do like Jordan, one of the bartenders there, but I have little use for the rest of them. I came home after one drink. Now a glass of wine and some excellent cheeses in front of the fire. 3 cheeses. A nice Manchego, some terrific Saint Agur Blue Cheese, and my all time favorite Humboldt Fog.
I learned a few things from Ryker, my chef at Senang, but none manifests so routinely in my life as eating Humboldt Fog.
Back in the office at 7am for cutover monitoring. Nick was good enough to go to Ireland this trip, so I was able to stay home on this go-round.
And doing a little reflecting and writing.
