Birthday party for an acquaintance. Big Al. Just a guy I met at The Standard. He turned 60 so I wandered down for a few drinks. I got there early and had a lovely Ketel One FNM on the front patio with a nice Alma del Fuego.
Read and reflected and enjoyed the moment.
Later, we partied a bit late for me. I rolled home on the big bike around 3:30 or so.
Nice night. Great music and beautifully warm weather.
Said, as always, had a great spread. Fresh dover sole, massive shrimps in paella, and a roasted goat.
