Technically, two Friday’s ago, I was not quarantined. The family took the decision to drink our way through the weekend–using alcohol as our shield. Alcohol-fueled decisions are often not the best decisions, but we seemed to have dodged a bullet.
On this FNM, I had 3 virtual happy hours. But I forgot to get pictures (again with the alcohol influenced situations). But Ash and Carlita sent pictures.
First Happy Hour I had a true martini with Kristen, Zach, and Melissa on Zoom. 2nd Happy hour was Shannon, Angela and Carlita, also on Zoom. Martini #2. 3rd Happy Hour was with Ash and I had switched to a glass of wine by then since I had not eaten.
We are adapting to this new reality.
