This was a pretty normal Sunday night at home, but just felt exceptional. Maybe because it was a nice relaxing weekend and I got a lot of work done on the canoe.
I made pizza dough this morning and it rose all afternoon. I topped with just a little sauce, cheese, onions, red pepper and anchovies–Napolitano style. My normal Caesar which is a blend of creamy and regular Caesar dressing and I add in a bit of lemon juice, anchovie paste and pepper and I topped with homemade croutons and parmesan. I had a couple of large shrimps for starter and sea salt and dark chocolate caramels for dessert.
A nice quiet dinner at home–just me and the hound.
