The big day finally arrived for Sebastian and Caroline and I was fortunate to be there. It was a lovely wedding. Laetitia had outdone herself to make sure the planning and execution was perfect.
The ceremony was held at a beautiful vineyard called Domaine de la Toussane at 4:00 on Saturday. Perhaps 150 people were in attendance. In the French tradition, every person who attended takes a photo with the bride and groom so we waited our turn and then the celebrations started. There were a variety of hors d’oeuvres and an open bar in a beautiful setting outside. We mingled and chatted for a few hours before moving inside for a lovely dinner, music and dancing.
We partied until 4:30 am and finally made it to bed by 5:30.
